The Dog Father
The dream started from watching 80's American films where street style hotdog carts caught his attention. With The Dog Father’s professional kitchen background he wanted to reinvent the classic dirty water dog to bring a modern twist on an old favourite. With the help of Black forest Gourmet a traditional German Style Butcher in Albany he was able to meet their high standard of quality flavour and snap in the 100% premium Frankfurter which they pair with house made relishes and sauces with a range of changing specials.
