NomNom draws inspiration from Vietnamese street food. With Sticky braised pork rice bowls, Viet style fried Chicken, Sesame Tempeh, garlic mushrooms and Lemongrass Coconut Chicken. Accompanied of course by the all-important condiments. You will find the team at markets, festivals, weddings and private gigs across Auckland.

Menu

Rice Bowls Calrose medium grain rice with creamy mayo, crispy fried shallots, spring onion, pickled julienne vegetables with a choice of:

Sticky Braised Pork true free range pork, braised in soy, vinegar, 5 spice & a touch of sugar

Vietnamese Style Fried Chicken (GF) free range boneless pieces marinated in kaffir lime leaf and aromatics. Dredged in cornflour & deep fried

Lemongrass Coconut Chicken (GF) free range boneless pieces sauteed in pounded lemongrass, garlic & onion & kaffir lime leaf with a splash of coconut

Sesame Tempeh (V) organic fermented soybean tempeh in a rich sauce of sweet soy, sesame & shallot

Mushrooms (V, GF) in garlic “butter” and (GF) soy sauce with crushed cashew nuts
