Meet the Vendor: Pasta e Basta

Pasta e Basta is our newest vendor and we can't wait for our foodies to try their delicious pasta. Here's a bit about them to get to know them!

Why did you start a food truck?

Because I love cooking my food for people and I have been working in the industry for my lifetime, I love making pasta and bread and I'm really happy with my choice.

What was your biggest challenge?

There were no challenges, the only thing that was difficult was we did everything real quick to be able to be operating for summer, and we got it done!

What advice would you give your younger self (before you started your food truck)?

Take more time to organize yourself, or not

What are your plans for the future?

Have a lease, perhaps franchising.
