To follow my passion for food and to fit work around my young family

Initially it was getting good quality events / bookings

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?
It ain’t all fun and games!
Remember to take photos!
It’s better to sell out than waste food so estimate portions conservatively

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?
To focus more on private catering and weddings
