What was the highlight of the summer?

The really big events, ones with like 14-15 food trucks. Those are always bangers because all the families get to come out.

Favourite menu item from your own truck?

Gotta be the double smash, always the double. Also the burger of the month, since it’s limited and once we’re out we’re out.

What did you learn from the summer?

Hope for the best, don't give up. There were so many events you don’t even know if you should prep for with the weather but you just need to trust your team, trust yourself, trust the process. Everything’s gonna come together and work out.
