Adobo Del Diablo - Chicken thighs marinated in turmeric, bayleaves & peppercorn, in a rich coconut cream sauce topped with fried shallots & served with coconut rice. (GF, DF).

Prawn Siomai - Prawns, bamboo shoots & mixed vegetables freshly steamed in a light pastry served with atsara slaw & a ginger soy & chilli garlic dressing (6 dumplings). (DF).

Beef Kare Kare - Slow braised beef in a peanut & annato sauce topped with crispy bagoong crumbs (sauteed shrimp paste) served with coconut rice and atsara slaw. (GF, DF).

Pata Tim - Pulled pork hock in a steamed bao bun served with pickled cucumber, chilli & coriander. *2 pieces*

Lumpia - Filipino style spring roll filled with longganisa (traditional Filipino pork sausage) served with Atsara slaw & sweet chilli & lemongrass jam. *5 pieces*

Ube Pandesal - Housemade ube ice cream served on a ube pandesal bun topped with toasted coconut. *sweet purple yam ice cream sandwich*
