Since exiting restaurant business – I have always had a desire to run another food business – this time in the shape of a food truck. My friends have appreciated my recipes around bbq’s and dinner table and that’s exactly what I bring to you – unauthentic fusion food that comes from various hit and misses. I invite you to gift your taste buds a serve they deserve.

Our mission is straightforward – to demonstrate the way that fast food can be great food. We simplify, fresh food that tastes great and does you great. That implies genuine food, rich in supplements, nutrients and minerals.

Like most people, my love for cooking started at an early age when I saw my mum cook and realised cooking and serving food was my calling.

Few years forward, I came to New Zealand to study culinary studies to fine tune my cooking and presentation skills. Later working in hospitality for many years before running my own restaurant in Ponsonby
