After Luisa discovered a gluten intolerance, Tommaso set his mind onto finding a pasta recipe that was gluten-free, yet tasty and with a great texture. Amaranto is now on a mission to share the gift of this pasta & show that gluten-free food can be just as tasty, if not better, than ‘normal’ food!
